Job summary

Johns Island Post Acute is a warm, community-focused skilled nursing and rehab facility on Johns Island, SC. We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities and comfort, working closely with nurses to ensure the best outcomes in a home-like setting.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in South Carolina (SC).
• Passion for elder care and compassionate disposition.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Record vital signs and assist with basic medical care.
• Collaborate with nurses to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful living environment.
