Fundamental offers a free CNA Certification Program to fast-track individuals into healthcare roles. The fast-paced multi-week course covers fees and testing costs in exchange for a 1-year work commitment upon certification.

Participants begin as hospitality aides, earning hourly pay during training and progressing to nurse aide duties after passing the exam. The program includes full-time opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package upon employment.

Posted Salary Range

USD $15.00 - USD $15.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
