BrightStar Care of Acton, Andover and Lowell is seeking experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) for live-in / 24-hour shifts in Andover, MA. The Overnight CNA role focuses on one-on-one care in a client's home, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity.

Qualifications

• Active CNA License in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in home care, assisted living, or similar.
• Ability to work overnight shifts 9pm to 8am (accommodations provided).
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and provide references.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, skin care.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and repositioning.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying up, changing linens).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Offer medication reminders and monitor vital signs.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans developed by our clinical team.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with supervising nurse.
