Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-La Crosse is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/NAR/RA) for full-time night shift in La Crosse, WI. You will provide compassionate direct resident care, report changes to the RN/LPN, and document in the POC system.

The role requires good communication, English literacy, and current state CNA registry status with BLS certification. A $5,000 hiring bonus and $3.00/hour shift incentive are available.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
