Job summary

Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, WA is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support the Orthopedics team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, delivering care and assisting with the nursing plan.

This full-time, on-site role requires WA Nursing Assistant Certification and BLS; a $5,000 hiring bonus is offered to eligible external candidates, with a comprehensive benefits package beginning on day one.

The Nursing Assistant functions within his/her scope of practice under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to assist in providing care and implementing delegated activities of the nursing plan. S/he demonstrates an understanding of basic nursing skills and skills unique to the assigned clinical unit(s).

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
