Job summary

Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, WA, is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Orthopedics to work under the direction of a Registered Nurse and support the nursing care plan on the unit. In addition to competitive compensation and benefits, a hiring bonus of up to $5,000 is offered for eligible external candidates who meet payment conditions.

Washington CNA license and BLS are required at hire.

Qualifications

• Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification required upon hire.

The Nursing Assistant functions within his/her scope of practice under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to assist in providing care and implementing delegated activities of the nursing plan. S/he demonstrates an understanding of basic nursing skills and skills unique to the assigned clinical unit(s).

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
