Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Become a vital member of the patient care team and build a strong relationship with CNAs and RNs.
• Promote patient safety and comfort while actively participating in patient satisfaction.
• Demonstrate advanced responsive observations knowledge base in practice of care.
• Document patient and family responses and effectiveness of teaching and interventions per department standards.
