Job summary

Asante seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Grants Pass, OR, to provide high-quality patient care under RN supervision. This 0.9 FTE, full-time position offers a variable schedule and shift differentials to reward after-hours and weekend work.

You will join a busy patient care team, ensuring safety, comfort, and clear communication with patients and families. CNAs must be OSBN-certified and BLS-certified on start, with a strong commitment to Asante's values.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

SalaryRange: $19.27 - $26.50

Shift Differentials:

• $1.21/hr. for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• $2.05/hr. for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
• $1.05/hr. extra for working weekends

Position Summary

ACertified Nursing Assistantisresponsible and accountable for their practice for assigned patient(s), contributing to the utilization of the nursing process, under the supervision and direction of the RN, and performs all duties in accordance with department policies and procedures and scope of practice.We are seeking a CNA to join a top healthcare system. Position Qualifications

Certifications/Licensure

• CNA certified by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) is required upon start.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon start.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

• This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis – such as transferring a patient in and out of a bed. The ability to bend, stretch, twist, and perform other awkward physical movements is also required.
