Job summary

Only Love Home Care seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one in-home care to clients across the Rio Grande Valley, including McAllen, TX. This part-time role joins a family of healthcare professionals dedicated to quality, heart-centered care.

You will support personal care, mobility, vital signs, and adherence to each client's plan, helping clients maintain dignity and independence in the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain it upon hire.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and current auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care in the client's home, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, repositioning, and safe transfers.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Follow each client's care plan to support comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment by following infection control protocols.
• Document care accurately and communicate with the nurse, family, and care team.
