Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Tennessee CNA certification.
- Experience in personal care and diabetes/blood sugar awareness.
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent and SSN copy.
Responsibilities
- Personal care: assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene and mobility.
- Companionship: provide emotional support and social engagement.
- Housekeeping: light cleaning, laundry, organizing living space.
- Meal preparation: plan, cook and store nutritious meals.
- Health monitoring: track wellbeing, report changes, assist with medication reminders.
- Transportation: provide safe transport to appointments and errands.
