CHRISTUS Health's Villa de Matel Center in Texas seeks a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care for Sisters, assisting with ADLs and ensuring a clean, safe environment. You will follow physician orders, report changes, and support daily activities while upholding HIPAA and core values.

The role requires a Texas CNA certification, BLS, and at least a high school diploma or GED; gerontology experience is preferred. Hiring for all shifts, on-site full-time position.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Current Texas Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Gerontology experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Meet the competencies for leaders of self/others/leaders of leaders.
• Provide care for Sisters as directed by the charge nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report changes to the licensed nurse.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and protect privacy of Sisters.
