Job summary

Avantara Milbank is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring team. We offer On Demand Pay and a strong focus on resident-centered care, with opportunities for skill development and internal growth.

To be eligible, you must hold a South Dakota CNA certificate or complete an SD-accredited CNA training program. Prior CNA experience is preferred. Starting pay is $17–$18.50 per hour, with room to grow with experience.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of South Dakota CNA certificate or completion from a SD accredited CNA training course.
• Prior CNA experience is preferable.
• Must be 16 years old to apply as per posting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain safety.
• Observe changes in residents' conditions and report to the nurse on duty.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and support residents’ comfort and wellbeing.
