The role you’ll contribute:

Provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures. Assists the healthcare team in coordinating, prioritizing, and communicating patient, physician and staff needs. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

  • Assists with safe and appropriate delegated patient care tasks which are directly supervised by a RN. Provides person-centered care with sensitivity and respect for the human experience in a collaborative fashion with other team members.
  • Assists care team in achieving daily patient and family goals.
  • Provides quality patient care, including comfort and hygiene measures, preventative skin care, safety measures, transport, and nutritional and elimination needs.
  • Promptly triages and responds to patient call lights.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • High School Diploma OR GED
  • Certified Nursing Assistant – State Registered.
  • BLS certification credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
