**The role you’ll contribute:**

**Provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures. Assists the healthcare team in coordinating, prioritizing and communicating patient, physician and staff needs. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.**

+ Assists care team in achieving daily patient and family goals.

+ Provides quality patient care, including comfort and hygiene measures, preventative skin care, safety measures, transport, and nutritional and elimination needs.

**The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:**

**_Required qualifications:_**

+ **_High School diploma or GED_**

+ **Current state CNA license for applicable state of employment**

+ **Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association**

**_Preferred qualifications:_**

+ Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program

+ Six months previous CNA experience

+ Previous nursing unit secretary or medical office experience
