Job summary

Georgia Piedmont Technical College in Georgia is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant Instructor to join its School of Allied Health. The role involves preparing lesson plans, teaching CNA courses across day, evening, and weekend sessions, and evaluating student progress.

The successful candidate will hold an LPN or RN license in Georgia, have Train-the-Trainer certification, and demonstrate strong communication and mentoring skills, reporting to the Dean.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Experience in teaching or curriculum delivery is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage student records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans and teach CNA courses across day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain accurate student records and course syllabi.
• Advise and motivate students on program expectations and career paths.
• Coordinate with Dean and Allied Health leadership.
