CNA - Nursing Assistant - Join our EPIC Team! (WellBridge of Grand Blanc)

Join the Wellbridge of Grand Blanc team!

Our CNAs are more than just caregivers; they are friends and companions. They build relationships with patients and families while assisting with daily tasks like eating and bed mobility. Our CNAs are vital in noticing changes in mood and behavior, helping our clinical team identify potential medical issues. You will know your patients well enough to detect when something is amiss. CNAs are a critical part of our nursing team.

Compensation:

• $17.15 per hour base wage
• Shift premium of $0.75 - $1.25 per hour
• Plus $3.40 per hour hero pay
• Annual wage increases

Scheduling options:

• 8-hour shifts

Daily responsibilities include:

• Promoting hospitality and excellent customer service
• Performing and documenting patient care per care plans, including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, nutritional intake, and other health indicators
• Supporting therapies and observing for changes in patient condition

Qualifications:

• Completion of an approved nurse aide training program
• Current CNA certification from the State of Michigan
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player attitude
