Our Nursing Assistants are more than just caregivers; they are friends and companions to our guests. CNAs are vital in noticing changes in mood and behavior, helping our clinical team recognize potential medical issues. We rely on our Nurse Assistants as a fundamental part of our clinical nursing team.

Starting pay: $18.00 per hour on 3rd Shift / Midnights, with additional incentives:

• Shift Premium: $1.00 per hour for 3rd Shift
• HERO Pay: $3.40 per hour
• Yearly wage increases

Flexible scheduling options:

• Rotating weekends and some holidays

Daily responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service and promoting a positive environment
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Monitoring and documenting patient care, vital signs, and other health indicators
• Supporting therapies and observing patient condition changes

Requirements:

• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training program and current CNA certification in Michigan
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for caring
• Team player attitude
• Must be willing to submit to a background check
