You will earn: Earn over $22.05 to start!

• Starting wage $17.15 per hour
• Shift Premium for 2nd Shift: $1.50 per hour
• PLUS Sign-on Bonus: $4000 for Full Time employees

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• Full Time - 8hr shifts
• 1st Shift / Days
• 2nd Shift / Afternoons

How you will help people every day:

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Use kind words and encouragement to foster a positive, healing environment.
• Perform and document patient care following individualized care plans, including activities of daily living such as bathing, skin care, mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• Monitor and record nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support therapies by encouraging and promoting continued well-being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to your nursing team.

What you need to be part of our EPIC team:

• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training program
• Current CNA certification from the State of Michigan
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to passionate, innovative care
• Team player attitude, dedicated to supporting colleagues
• NX1 certification
