Qualifications

Compensation:

• Starting wage: $19.65 (new starting rate!)
• PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay

Daily responsibilities include:

• Performing and documenting patient care per care plans, including bathing, skin care, oral care, shaving, dressing, and other activities of daily living.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, nutritional intake, catheter care, bowel and bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Supporting therapies and promoting patient well-being.
• Observing and reporting significant changes in patient condition.
• Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive environment for guests, families, and visitors.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an approved nurse aide training program and passing the test.
• Current CNA certification from the State of Michigan.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to quality care.
• Team-oriented and dedicated to supporting colleagues.

• North of downtown Grand Rapids, near Comstock Park / Walker.
• Close to major highways: 1-96 and US-131.
