Join our team at Lahser Hills Care Center!

Our CNAs are more than just caregivers; they are friends and companions to our guests. They build relationships with patients and families while providing assistance with activities of daily living. CNAs are crucial in noticing changes in mood and behavior, aiding our clinical team in recognizing potential medical issues. We rely on our CNAs as a fundamental part of our nursing team. MUST BE CNA CERTIFIED.

Compensation: Start at $24.05 per hour!

• Starting Wage: $19.15 per hour
• Plus $1.50 per hour for 2nd Shift / Afternoons
• Plus $3.40 per hour hero pay

Scheduling:

• Days: 7am-3:30pm
• Afternoons: 3pm-11:30pm
• Nights: 11pm-7:30am
• Every other weekend and alternating holidays

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent hospitality and customer service to guests, families, and visitors
• Perform and document patient care per care plans: bathing, activities of daily living, skin care, support care, mouth care, shaving, dressing
• Monitor and record nutritional intake, blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, ambulation
• Support therapies and promote well-being
• Observe and report significant changes in condition
