They build relationships with our patients and families while providing assistance with activities of daily living. Our CNAs are uniquely positioned to notice changes in mood and behavior, which are key in helping our clinical team recognize potential medical issues. We rely on our CNAs as they are a fundamental and valuable component of our clinical nursing team.
You will earn: Start at $22.40 per hour on 2nd shift!
- $17.50 - $21.00 per hour base wages (based on years of certification)
- PLUS $3.40 per hour Hero Pay
- PLUS $1.00 - 1.50 per hour Shift Premium for 2nd or 3rd shift!

We can work with your scheduling needs:
- 8-hour shifts - All shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
- Full Time or Part Time positions available:
- Full Time - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
- Part Time - 3rd Shift
How you will help people every day:
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, foster a positive, healing environment.
- Perform and document patient care following individualized care plans, including bathing, activities of daily living, skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
- Monitor and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
- Support therapies by encouraging and promoting continued well-being.
- Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to your nursing team.
What you need to be part of our EPIC team:
- Completion of an approved nurse aide training program with current certification from the State of Michigan.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
- Team-oriented attitude, dedicated to supporting colleagues and completing tasks.
