As a CNA Nurse Aide, you’ll support wellness and daily living according to each client’s care plan, including personal care, feeding, mobility assistance, and companionship, while maintaining safety and dignity in a home environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license, car insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Training in First Aid and emergency response is required (provided if needed).
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to juggle multiple duties.
• Reliable transportation to client homes at scheduled times.
• Comfort with housekeeping and cooking duties.
• Willingness to comply with health and safety standards.
• Bring compassion and a desire to brighten each client’s day.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with light physical activity or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Handle light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or incidents promptly.
• Provide pleasant, supportive companionship.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Assist with mobility and ambulation at home and during appointments.
