• Charge Nurse or House Supervisor duties may be assigned.

Description:Unit operates with a 50-mile radius rule.Candidates must not have worked permanently or PRN in the last 12 months.No clinical involvement is required.The unit has 22 beds with a staffing ratio of 1 to 15.Basic care duties include providing baths, passing trays, turning, dressing, and walking patients.Charge Nurse or House Supervisor responsibilities may be assigned.Shifts are 12 hours, either days or nights.Weekend requirement is every other weekend.Holiday requirement is every other holiday.Flex time may be available.Floating to acute or swing bed units may be required.Scrubs can be any color.Unit-specific orientation is included.The hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts during a 13-week assignment and 3 shifts for shorter assignments.Charting is done using a specific system.No BSN is required.The trauma level is based on patient needs.Care setting is acute.Division is nursing.Shifts are noted as every other weekend, nights, with first to float.
