Job summary

Alumus Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate personal care for patients in residence under RN supervision. Responsibilities include assisting with admissions, transfers and discharges, and reviewing care plans daily to ensure the patient’s needs are met.

Requires an active CNA license, CPR, and fingerprint clearance, with six months of CNA/LNA experience preferred. Pay ranges [$16.50-$20.00] per hour, with flexible scheduling and employee referral bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges. Check each guest/patients routinely to ensure that his/her personal care needs are being met in accordance with his/her wishes and the care plan.
• Review care plans daily to determine if changes in the guests/patient's daily care routine have been made on the care plan.

Qualifications

• CNA license certification prior to hiring.
• Must have a current CPR and fingerprint clearance card.
• Minimum of six (6) months CNA/LNA experience preferred.
• Recent Long-Term Care/ Skilled Nursing Facility or Transitional Rehab experience)
• LTC/SNF/Rehab preferred.
