Job summary

Alumus is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personal care to residents in their home under RN supervision. The role emphasizes compassionate patient advocacy, adherence to evidenced-based practices, and holistic care in a nurturing setting in Surprise, AZ.

The CNA will assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges, and review care plans daily to ensure continuity and quality of care. Current CPR and fingerprint clearance are required, with 6 months CNA/LNA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA license certification required prior to hiring.
• Current CPR certification and fingerprint clearance card required.
• Minimum of six (6) months CNA/LNA experience preferred.
• Recent Long-Term Care/SKIlled Nursing Facility or Transitional Rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges. Check each guest/patient's personal care needs are met according to the care plan.
• Review care plans daily to determine changes in the guests/patient's daily care routine.
