To Be a Candidate for this position, you need to have these minimum Qualifications.

Required Education:

• - Registered with the state of Kansas as a Certified Nurse Aide and/or Medication Aide
• - High School diploma or GED equivalent

Required Experience:

• - Experience providing direct care and assistance to residents in a healthcare setting
• - Experience complying with state regulations in healthcare
• - Experience assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• - Experience maintaining a clean and safe environment
• - Experience with light housekeeping, food service, and laundry (preferred)

Required Skills and Abilities:

• - Ability to lift, pull, or carry 50 pounds
• - Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and staff
• - Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for working with elderly or disabled individuals
• - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• - Ability to maintain resident confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
• - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• - Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
• - Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle emergencies effectively
• - Knowledge of basic infection control principles and practices
• - Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency protocols

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminals back ground check.

Starting Wage CNA 16.91

Week Day Shift Differential: 2pm-10pm - $2.00 10pm-6am $3.00

Weekend 2p-10pm -$6.00, 10pm- 6am $7.00
