Lutheran SeniorLife is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) for an Off-Site position in Lawrence County, PA. The role supports participants in daily living, mobility, and personal care, with a $6,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first year. Shifts are nights from 11:00 p.m.

to 7:00 a.m., with every other weekend. Starting wage is $19 per hour, with a full benefits package and opportunities for growth within the LIFE program serving Armstrong, Butler, Beaver and Lawrence Counties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Pennsylvania State Nurse Aide Certification on state registry.
• At least 1 year experience with the frail or elderly.
• Dependable transportation with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with mobility and activities to maintain independence.
• Perform transfers, toileting, incontinence care, and feeding.
• Support walking, showering, and transportation to/from the center.
• Provide care across center or home settings with teamwork.
