Job summary

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team on the night shift in North Carolina. We offer 12-hour shifts, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time CNAs, and opportunities to grow within the organization.

You will provide hands-on care, monitor residents, and work with a supportive nursing leadership team in a team-oriented environment that values growth, stability, and excellent resident care.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate and dependable; positive, team-oriented attitude; passion for resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Helping with mobility and daily activities
• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Assisting residents during meals and daily routines
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Communicating resident needs and changes to the nursing team
• Working alongside nurses and other team members to provide compassionate, high-quality care
