Job summary

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking compassionate CNAs for full-time day shifts. You will provide hands-on care, build meaningful relationships with residents, and support the nursing team in daily activities. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible full-time employees.

Shift schedule includes 7:00 AM–7:00 PM on 12-hour shifts with shift differentials and opportunities for career growth. We offer same-day pay, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Active NC CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate and dependable.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Passion for providing excellent resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Help with mobility and daily activities.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Assist residents during meals and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate resident needs to the nursing team.
• Work with nurses and other staff to provide high-quality care.
