Job summary

CURA of Watkins is a Minnesota-based care facility seeking dedicated CNAs for the night shift. You will provide essential daily living assistance, monitor patients, and support the nursing team in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Starting wage is $22.60 per hour with an additional $4 shift differential for nights. We offer full-time or part-time schedules, help with CNA coursework, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff promptly.
• Ensure patient safety during evening hours and respond to call lights and patient requests timely.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment consistent with infection control policies.
• Document patient care activities accurately and communicate pertinent information during shift handovers.
• Collaborate effectively with the nursing team to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care.

CURA of Watkins is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our night crew team! We are a 5 star CMS rated facility with multiple years of deficiency free MDH surveys. We take pride in the care we provide. Come join our amazing group of caregivers! Not certified? No problem! We help you become certified and pay for classes and testing.

In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our patients during our evening hours, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Our CNA positions are vital in monitoring patients and assisting with their needs while working collaboratively with nursing and healthcare teams. CNA starting wage: $22.60 + experience!

Night shift is from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, with a shift differential of $4 more an hour. We can accommodate full-time or part-time availability.
