Centurion Health in McRae-Helena, GA is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the McRae Women's Facility team. The CNA provides direct patient care to incarcerated individuals under supervision, supporting hygiene, daily living activities and vital signs.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CNA certification, and CPR/AED; prior long-term or correctional care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification required.
• One year of experience in long term or skilled care, residential care, physician practice or correctional setting preferred.
• Must show/obtain PPD tuberculosis screening documentation.
• Must be CPR and AED certified.
• Must pass background check and obtain security clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to incarcerated individuals under supervision.
• Assist patients with personal hygiene, activities of daily living, and monitor vital signs.
