Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming per Care Plan.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with Residents Care Policies and Procedures and ensure safety and well‑being.
• Assist residents under the direction of the Charge Nurse and collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team.
• Follow the Care Plan for mobility, daily activities, and routine tasks.
• Interact with residents, family members, staff, and others in a supportive, non-judgmental manner.
• Additional duties as assigned to follow the Care Plan.
