Qualifications

• Current CNA license through the State of Indiana in good standing, or completion of CNA certification course with certificate awaiting testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care.
