Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for part-time PM shifts at our Minnesota facility. CNAs will provide direct routine care in daily living activities under supervision, in alignment with a defined care plan and nursing program standards.

Responsibilities include assisting tenants with basic nursing tasks, supporting cognitive and psychosocial needs, and collaborating with the care team to promote independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current certification and Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry listing.
• Ability to clearly speak and read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct routine care for activities of daily living under supervision.
• Follow the Tenant’s Plan of Care and MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote tenants' well-being.
