Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct daily care to residents in our Minnesota facilities. Under the supervision of licensed nurses, you will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health conditions, and support comfort and safety for tenants.

You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, adhere to MDH Nursing Assistant standards, and contribute to a respectful, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current certification and listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct routine care in activities of daily living under supervision of licensed nurse.
• Follow Plan of Care and Nursing Assistant standards.
• Collaborate with inter-disciplinary care team to promote residents' well-being.
