Job summary

Benedictine Living Community Dickinson is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for evening shifts (2 PM - 10 PM) in Dickinson, ND. The role focuses on compassionate resident care, respecting residents’ dignity and choices while supporting daily activities.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, reporting changes to nursing staff, and documenting in the POC system, with emphasis on time management and prioritizing tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification required.

• The CNA provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.

Additional Information

Benedictine Living Community Dickinson is offering Certified Nursing Assistants a sign-on bonus of $15,000 for full-time employees and $7,500 for part-time employees. The bonus is paid in installments over three years.
