Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Regina in Hastings is seeking a CNA-NAR to provide direct resident care on the front lines with dignity and respect for residents. Shift is days, 6AM-2:30PM, casual schedule with varied days and weekends.

Salary range is $21.31 to $24.49 per hour. Eligible benefits include PTO, retirement, medical, dental, vision, education assistance, and more. Join a nonprofit organization serving seniors in the upper Midwest.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA provides direct resident care and reports condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
