Job summary

Brazos Towers at Bayou Manor in Houston seeks a Certified Nursing Aide to provide compassionate daily care to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, address hygiene, mobility, and nutrition needs, and support a safe, respectful living environment.

Requirements include current Texas Nurse Aide Certification and previous geriatric care experience. This is a full-time, on-site role that emphasizes teamwork, communication, and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• One year of experience with geriatric residents preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Bed/Chair transfers using gait belt.
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and peri-care.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to nurse.
• Support dining needs and feeding as needed.
• Maintain clean, stocked bedside areas and supplies.
• Respond promptly to call lights and communicate with team.
