Job summary

Parkshore, a Transforming Age community in Seattle, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants and Medication Managers to care for residents. The role combines CNA duties with medication administration, requiring current CNA/NAR/HCA license, CPR/First Aid, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA/NAR/HCA license in good standing.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent plus specialized training.
• Must be able to read/write/speak English sufficiently.
• Background check, drug test, and may require fingerprint/TB test per state/local guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow residents' ADL directives.
• Assist residents with bathing, meals, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide verbal and physical support in transfers/ambulation and activities.
• Record vital signs and condition updates; complete documentation daily.
• Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and coordinate with supervision.
