Providence Mount Carmel Hospital in Washington is seeking a Nursing Assistant to join the nursing care team. Under the supervision of the RN, you will provide direct and indirect patient care and help communicate patient needs to licensed staff.

This role supports Providence's mission of patient-focused, whole-person care and offers a $5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires. Required qualifications include WA Nursing Assistant Certification and BLS from American Heart Association.

Description

The Nursing Assistant is a member of the nursing care team and reports to the Nurse Manager. Under the supervision and direction of the RN, the NA provides direct and/or indirect patient care delivery and facilitates communication of patient needs to licensed nursing personnel. Demonstrates behavior practices that reflect the philosophy and mission of our sponsors, Providence Health and Services, our founders, the Dominican Sisters, and Providence Mount Carmel Hospital's Standards of Conduct.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
