Qualifications

• Must be C.N.A Certified and MedAide Certified, in good standing with the NC Nurse Aide Registry.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Completed high school or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to use the English language for communication and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Takes vitals and records measurements according to instructions.
• Administers medications and treatments per doctor's orders and charts accordingly.
• Maintains infection control practices and safety; documents care provided.
• Works with residents and families to support activities and daily living.
