Job summary

Birch Creek Assisted Living is hiring CNAs and Med Techs for part-time and full-time roles. We offer flexible schedules, shift differentials for NOC and weekend shifts, and opportunities to grow with us.

Our community is supported by housekeeping, dietary, and activities staff, allowing caregivers to focus on residents. As a caregiver, you’ll help residents with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and report changes to the RCC and nurse.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required; we’ll help the right person get certified.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and stay calm under pressure.
• Genuine interest in working with seniors and delivering compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor residents' well-being and report changes to the RCC and nurse.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Administrator or RCC.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, families, and coworkers.

We are currently hiring CNAs and Med Techs for both part-time and full-time positions at Birch Creek Assisted Living.

As a caregiver, your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitoring their well-being, and reporting any changes or concerns to the Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) and nurse. Additional duties may be assigned by the Administrator or RCC.

To be successful in this role, you should be dependable, able to work independently, and work well as part of a team. CNA certification is preferred but not required-we are willing to help the right person get certified. You should be able to manage multiple responsibilities, stay calm under pressure, and communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, families, and coworkers. A genuine interest in working with seniors is essential.

Requirements upon hire include a food handler's permit, CPR/First Aid certification, and a TB test.
