Job summary

Hemet Global Medical Center in Victor Valley, CA, seeks a CNA-Med/Surg for full-time night shift. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will assist patients with self-care and daily living activities and contribute to a safe, compassionate inpatient environment.

Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a Nursing Assistant Program preferred, CA CNA certification and BLS. Prior nursing assistant experience in medical/surgical setting preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $23.50 To $27.53 Hourly

REPORTS TO: Manager/Director of Medical/Surgical Inpatient Services

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of a licensed nurse, assists patients in meeting self-care and daily needs. Performs all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Graduate of a Nursing Assistance Program preferred and a minimum of one year of nursing assistant experience in a medical/surgical setting is preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Possession of a current California Nurses Assistant Certification and a current BLS certification.
