DRH Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. Responsibilities include turning and moving patients, assisting with daily activities, taking vitals, and documenting care in the electronic health record.
Applicants must have Oklahoma Nurse Aide training, certification, and BLS. This safety-sensitive role requires adherence to DRH policies, respirator use, and vaccination
The CNA provides compassionate care to individuals and families under the direction of a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN).
Minimum Qualifications: Communication skills including fluency in oral and written English. Basic computer skills including the ability to send/receive email, navigate information technology associated with the position, and use Electronic Health Record information tools. Ability to remain flexible to quickly adapt to urgent situations. Ability to adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position. Must be able to take call and respond within 60 minutes.
Completion of an approved Oklahoma Nurse Aide Training program, or previous health care related experience, or other related experience or training.
Certification by the Oklahoma State Health Department and registration as a Certified Nurse Aide. American Heart Association BLS required; May have up to 30 days from date of hire or transfer to earn BLS. For those positions requiring travel, a current valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance must be maintained.

This position requires respirator and fit testing. Required testing will be performed on all team members at risk for exposure to airborne infectious diseases, droplet producing procedures, or any caustic chemicals.
As a condition of employment, vaccinations are required per DRH Policy. Medical and Religious Exemptions are available upon request.
