We are looking for compassionate individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults. If you hold a valid CNA and/or MA-40 certification and are committed to providing high-quality care, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring, and continence.
• Supporting senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers, and orientation of new employees.
• Following department protocols for documentation.
• Prioritizing and adjusting tasks throughout the shift to meet client needs.
• Adhering to care plans and HIPAA regulations.
• Additional duties for Residential Style Living Community: preparing food, processing laundry, evaluating emergencies, performing CPR if trained.
• For MA-40: preparing and administering medications and treatments under RN supervision, performing CPR if trained.

Qualifications:

• Must have CNA certification in good standing (Nebraska State Registry).
• CPR certification required for CNAs in the Residences.
• Med Aide certification in good standing (Nebraska State Registry) required, with CPR certification.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months experience as an aide or caregiver preferred.

Physical & Communication Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient in English, including medical terminology.
