Saint Elizabeth Community is seeking a Nursing Assistant and Certified Medication Aide to join our Providence-area team. We offer full-time nights, part-time days, and per diem evenings with competitive pay and weekend differentials. RI licenses and CPR are required, along with a compassionate approach to elder care in a nonprofit setting.

You will administer medications as ordered, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure safety and well-being across shifts.

Competenze

• RI licenses required.
• At least 1 year of experience in care provision.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and be physically able to perform duties.

Mansioni

• Maintain professionalism with residents, families and staff.
• Administer medications as ordered and document accordingly.
• Monitor resident status and communicate changes to nursing leadership.
• Complete required incident reports and maintain resident records.
• Support resident participation in activities and assist with transfers and mobility.
