Qualifications

• Current state CNA certification.
• One year of CNA experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' daily needs: bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record vital signs, assist with mobility, and ensure safety.
• Report changes to nursing staff and document interactions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Support the nurse with assigned duties as needed.
