Job summary

Ossian Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate CNAs to support residents in a caring, safety‑minded environment. You will assist with bathing, feeding, mobility, and daily activities, while communicating with the care team to maintain quality outcomes.

We offer a NEW WAGE SCALE, shift differentials, DailyPay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement up to 5000, and a 401K plan after one year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or working under student permit.
• ISDH CNA certification in good standing required; 120 days allowed while awaiting certification.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, Word) expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, grooming, and daily care.
• Support feeding, hydration, and mobility per care plan.
• Respond to call lights promptly and provide assistance safely.
• Maintain resident rooms and chart vitals or care notes as required.
• Observe changes in residents and report to nursing staff.
• Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality; maintain a clean, safe environment.
