Job summary

Lynn Haven Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a Georgia facility.

You will collaborate with nurses and the care team to monitor residents, assist with mobility, and ensure a clean, safe environment while upholding a respectful, supportive atmosphere for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
