Job summary

Rainbow Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Bartlett, TN is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our resident-centered care team. The starting wages range from $16.75 to $25.53 per hour for full-time roles, with additional pay components based on experience, shift, and a $2 attendance bonus plus a $3 weekend program.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Licenses/Certification: Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Experience: Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
• Obtain food trays and assist residents with feeding.
• Assist residents with range of motion exercises and movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
• Assist residents with turning and positioning in bed.
• Assist residents with ambulation for short distances.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and intake/output.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
